Someone with the legal authority to sign documents on behalf of your company should apply to offer books on the Universitas Terbuka Store. Only individuals with this legal authority can accept the standard Universitas Terbuka agreement.
You should enter “0.00” in the price column if you only want to offer books for free on the Universitas Terbuka Store. If you later decide you are also interested in selling books, you can alter the price. You will need to provide additional information to receive payments.

Once payment has been received, we will make payment into your nominated bank accounts within 30 days at the start of every month. Your dashboard will also provide you with a full business analytics or insights into how many of your books have been downloaded and details of your readers. You will receive 70% in royalties on all your books sold on the Universitas Terbuka platform.
Yes, the Universitas Terbuka Store accepts books in PDF format. However, for good reading experience, submitted publications should be in the ePub format. If it is in MS Word format, we will convert it into an ePub format making it more interactive and useful to your readers. See guidelines for authors for additional information.
EPUB is a free electronic book standard that uses XHTML. Before you submit your book to the Universitas Terbuka Store, you should validate the EPUB file to ensure that it complies with the EPUB formatting standards (EPUB schema).
